This position requires an individual who excels at handling complex immigration cases, managing client communications, and preparing legal documentation. Duties:

• Prepare and manage court filings related to immigration cases.
• Communicate extensively with clients regarding case updates and legal advice.
• Oversee deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
• Supervise and collaborate with Paralegals and other support staff.
• Handle additional legal tasks as delegated by management.
• Maintain a professional, client-focused approach to all matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law (preferred).
• Must hold a valid license to practice law from the State Bar of Texas or be licensed to practice immigration law.
• No prior disciplinary actions are on record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize and multitask efficiently.
• Proficient in negotiation, debate, and persuasive communication techniques.
• Court experience preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Texas Bar License or equivalent immigration law certification.
