Job Overview:

The Senior Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise and strategic guidance in the defense of ERISA and Executive compensation litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, showcasing a deep understanding of the legal landscape in this specialized field.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound advice and opinions on ERISA and Executive compensation litigation matters.

Requirements:
