A law firm located in Rogers is actively seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The successful candidate must hold a Law Degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and possess a strong background in litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and attending hearings in court. The position requires superior writing skills to effectively communicate legal arguments. The Litigation Associate Attorney will play a key role in handling various aspects of litigation, from conducting depositions to drafting motions and representing clients in court hearings. The individual will contribute to the firm's success by utilizing their litigation expertise and superior writing skills.

 

Duties:

  • Take and defend depositions as part of the discovery process.
  • Draft motions and legal documents for court proceedings.
  • Attend hearings in court to represent clients.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case preparation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

 

Requirements:

  • Law Degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 2-4 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience in taking and defending depositions.
  • Experience drafting and arguing motions.
  • Experience attending hearings in court.
  • Superior writing skills.
