Mid-level Fund Finance Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A distinguished law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This role is designed for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, ideally with a specialization in finance law.

Duties

• Oversee and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring practice area.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex finance-related agreements and legal documents.
• Conduct detailed legal research to support transaction strategies and provide informed advisement.
• Communicate consistently with clients, offering updates and strategic insights on fund finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices across all transactions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, with finance law expertise preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials with strong research and analytical abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.

• Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and managing finance-related transactional documents.
