Duties:

  • Manage insurance litigation cases, including bad faith claims, from initiation to resolution.

  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court hearings.

  • Use videoconferencing, online document management, and other modern technologies to handle remote cases and consultations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to insurance-related cases.
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures, including discovery and trial preparation.
  • Experience in managing depositions and trial work is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (required).
