Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience in trust & estate litigation

Duties:

• Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters, including disputes over wills, trusts, and fiduciary duties.
• Manage complex litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Work with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and client solutions.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of issues in trust and estate law.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible client outcomes.
• Handle cases involving business, commercial, and real estate litigation, as needed.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.
• Additional experience in business, commercial, or real estate litigation is preferred.
• Strong academic background and proven track record of success.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Must be licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
