Duties

  • Prepare and guide clients for depositions, ensuring they are well-prepared for proceedings
  • Participate in meetings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials to resolve case issues
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about their claims and case updates
  • Assist with drafting legal documents and filings related to workers' compensation claims
  • Ensure that client matters are actively moving forward and provide weekly case updates

Requirements

  • State Bar License (any U.S. state)
  • A recent graduate of an accredited law school (0-1 years of experience)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong legal writing abilities
  • Ability to handle client interactions with compassion and professionalism

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active Bar License in any U.S. state (required)
