Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various business and litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and prepare thorough analyses of cases and legal questions
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, motions, pleadings, briefs, and estate-related documents
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court trials
• Negotiate settlements and related agreements on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and deliver results
• Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of progress and advising on next steps

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-8 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in litigation or business law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Oregon State Bar
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Sense of humor and professionalism

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Oregon State Bar
