Duties:

  • Oversee all phases of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial or settlement.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and assess damages.
  • Prepare, draft, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Engage in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach settlements.
  • Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation settings.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients regarding case progress.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Active license to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of personal injury experience, with a focus on pre-litigation.
  • Strong understanding of state laws, legal procedures, and regulations about personal injury.
  • Proven experience in legal research, case management, and client representation.
