Duties

• Handle civil litigation matters with a focus on commercial and business disputes

• Work directly with the firm’s managing partner on complex litigation cases

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and client meetings

• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and opposing counsel

• Prioritize casework and manage deadlines effectively

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and best legal practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent civil litigation experience

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong commitment to client service, professional conduct, and firm values

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Arizona

• Additional bar admissions are a plus
