The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of litigation experience and will be responsible for handling cases from inception through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including business litigation, class actions, personal injury, and employment law. The firm is looking for a motivated attorney with a strong understanding of California procedure and motion practice.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of litigation from case inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
• Handle a variety of litigation cases, including business litigation, class action, personal injury, and employment law.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on business, employment, class action, and catastrophic personal injury cases.
• Strong knowledge of California procedure and motion practice.
• Experience with handling discovery, legal briefing, and trial preparation.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work on cases across a broad range of industries.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California Bar License (required).
