Duties:

• Represent clients in employment law litigation, including labor disputes and compliance issues.
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other documents related to employment law cases.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, and case management throughout the litigation process.
• Provide consulting advice to employers on employment law matters, compliance strategies, and best practices.
• Cultivate and manage client relationships while seeking new business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm's reputation in employment law and related fields.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on labor and employment litigation.
• Strong expertise in all phases of litigation, including document preparation, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues while managing client expectations and relationships.
• Proven record of professional achievement and a competitive mindset.
• Portable book of business is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar, in good standing.
