Duties:

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on labor and employment litigation.
  • Strong expertise in all phases of litigation, including document preparation, taking depositions, and arguing motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues while managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Proven record of professional achievement and a competitive mindset.
  • Portable book of business is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar, in good standing.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and client relationships effectively.
