Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a civil attorney with 3+ years of relevant legal experience to join a civil litigation department. The candidate will report to the head of litigation. Monitor open cases for activity. Deal with pre-trial discovery, depositions, and mediation. Conduct hearings and trials before the court and jury trials. Conduct regular reviews of open cases. Provide co-counseling assistance to other attorneys in the department. Must have demonstrated trial and advocacy skills with litigation experience. A license to practice law in Texas is required.

The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Occasional travel may be required.
