Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
  • Manage a caseload independently under the supervision of senior attorneys.
  • Assist in case evaluation, strategy development, and settlement negotiations.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:
