Duties:

• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and build case approaches.
• Manage a high volume of workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide guidance and legal advice to clients, maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in Connecticut Workers' Compensation law.
• Proven ability to handle hearings, depositions, and formal presentations.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and able to handle a large workload.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Connecticut.

Education:
