Duties:

• Manage and represent clients in employment law-related litigation cases
• Provide legal counsel and develop strategies for case management
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes
• Collaborate with the firm’s team to ensure high-quality client service
• Mentor and guide junior team members as the firm continues to grow
• Maintain a positive, client-centered approach in all interactions

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and in good standing with the state Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff’s litigation or litigation defense (employment law experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and technological skills
• Ability to handle complex cases with compassion and professionalism
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, growing law firm

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Minnesota State Bar license in good standing
