• Draft and review transaction documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage significant project responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate finance and lending, preferably with commercial real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with various aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing and joint ventures.
• Previous experience at a large law firm is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York Bar.
