Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project finance law

• Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing agreements

• Experience in renewable energy project finance preferred

• Prior experience reviewing project documentation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the applicable jurisdiction(s)
