The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients regarding estate planning strategies, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and related documents.
  • Assist clients with the probate process and the administration of estates.

  • Research legal issues and develop strategies to address client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
  • Represent clients in meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as required.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar License in the State or eligibility to be licensed.
  • Should have 5 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Client-focused mindset with a dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in estate planning is preferred but not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
