Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage complex commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and advocacy.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Case management experience preferred.
• Admission to practice in Illinois or in the process of obtaining admission.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in Illinois or steps taken toward admission.
