Healthcare Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of quality healthcare experience. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in healthcare compliance, and admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable, although admission in other states may be considered. The position is based in Reno, NV.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on healthcare-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to healthcare services.
• Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.
• Experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.
• Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable.
• Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in California and/or Arizona.
