  • Manage transactional work for business clients, ensuring legal compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on sophisticated corporate and estate matters.
  • Provide legal counsel on tax-related issues, leveraging tax background where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business succession, trust and estate planning, and transactional matters.
  • Strong legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases independently.
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients and business transactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
  • LLM in Tax or a strong tax background is highly preferred.
