Duties

• Manage residential and commercial real estate closings, including sales and refinances
• Review title documents and related legal materials
• Collaborate effectively with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase agreements
• Provide thorough client interactions, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism
• Oversee disbursement ledgers and authorize checks
• Build and maintain business relationships to support firm growth
• Conduct training sessions for clients on aspects of real estate law

Requirements

• Preferably experienced in residential real estate transactions
• An active member in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar
• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
