Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

Irvine office of our client seeks a worker's compensation defense attorney with some relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the worker's compensation case, including evaluating the merits of the case, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling, and litigating cases, if necessary. Will communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients.
