Duties:

• Lead and manage client relationships, generating and overseeing your portfolio of clients and cases.
• Represent clients before key state agencies in regulatory and contested matters that may lead to state court litigation.
• Handle complex commercial litigation, including multi-faceted disputes across various industries.
• Represent clients in high-value transactional matters, ensuring seamless integration of legal advice.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys on a wide range of legal matters.
• Maintain a high level of client service and legal expertise.

Requirements:

• Active law license in good standing.
• Proven experience as a first-chair attorney with a focus on client generation and management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and entrepreneurial spirit in developing legal practices.
• Experience in both regulatory and commercial litigation, with a focus on high-value and complex matters.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:
