Mid-level Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney

A law firm in Atlanta is currently seeking a Mid-level Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple Partners, handling a variety of first-party property and third-party liability matters. The role requires skilled litigation expertise, including legal research, writing, and defense of insurers and their insureds when litigation arises.

Job Details:

• Work with multiple Partners on first-party property and third-party liability matters.
• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive reports on coverage issues.
• Exhibit skilled litigation capabilities to defend insurers and insureds when litigation arises.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Strong litigation experience; insurance coverage or defense experience preferred.

• Preferably have insurance coverage or defense experience.
• 3+ years of experience as an attorney in a private law firm or clerkship.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail in handling complex insurance matters.
• Superb interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.

Certifications:                              

Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
