Securities Partner

A law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Securities Partner with a track record of serving as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures. The ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials, significant prior work experience, and a minimum of 8 years of expertise in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures, particularly in connection with "506b" offerings.

Duties:

• Serve as lead counsel on private placement offerings.
• Oversee legal aspects of private funds and joint ventures.
• Provide expertise in "506b" offerings.
• Demonstrate a record of good judgment in legal matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in private securities offerings, fund work, and joint ventures.
• Strong academic credentials.
