Associate Attorney with trial experience

A law firm seeks a full-time associate attorney to join its team in Fair Lawn, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills, and will be responsible for handling administrative and civil litigation matters, particularly in the areas of employment, labor, and education law. Duties:

• Handle administrative and civil litigation matters related to employment, labor, and education law.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and litigation matters.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing.
• Clerkship experience and/or trial experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey, in good standing.
