Duties:

  • Represent clients in construction-related disputes, including contract issues, project delays, defects, and other litigation matters.
  • Lead and manage complex litigation cases from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, including drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed legal memoranda and reports.
  • Provide expert legal counsel on construction projects, risk management, and dispute resolution.
  • Engage in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and effective communication.
