  • Attend depositions, mediations, and court proceedings to represent clients effectively.
  • Engage in trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, managing exhibits, and coordinating with witnesses.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients to provide case updates and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and court procedures in case management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with general civil and employment litigation preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting and client interaction.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
