Associate Attorney needed for Denver office

Location:

Duties:

• Manage and assist with personal injury cases from pre-litigation through trial
• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and trial strategy
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and support
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with the firm’s legal team to prepare cases for trial
• Contribute to the firm’s efforts in pursuing justice for injured parties against insurance companies
• Participate in client meetings, case strategy sessions, and trial preparation

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong desire to practice plaintiff’s personal injury law
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to handle a caseload and work independently under deadlines
• Demonstrated interest in trial law and client advocacy
• Strong academic credentials and a willingness to work hard
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in Colorado or ability to obtain licensure
