Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, hearings, and trials
  • Develop legal strategies and prepare briefs, motions, and other court documents
  • Provide advocacy and legal counsel to individuals facing deportation or seeking asylum
  • Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and prepare witnesses for court
  • Evaluate options for clients and determine the best course of action for favorable outcomes

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong advocacy, courtroom presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload effectively
  • Commitment to social justice and a passion for supporting immigrant communities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active law license granted by the highest court of any state
