Duties:

• Manage personal injury and general litigation cases

• Conduct depositions and participate in trials

• Draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings

• Represent clients in court appearances and negotiations

• Provide strategic legal counsel and case evaluations

• Work collaboratively with legal teams on case strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation, including depositions and trials

• Strong legal research and analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (NY admission is a plus but not required)
