Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Antitrust Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of antitrust litigation experience, possess solid antitrust law knowledge, and demonstrate exceptional writing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in all aspects of discovery, including document review and production.
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar (or ability to waive in).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation at a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state antitrust laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with complex commercial litigation.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery tools and software.
  • Prior clerkship experience in a federal or state court.

Certifications:

  • Certification or coursework in antitrust law (preferred).
