Duties:

• Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including healthcare-related cases
• Manage case files and oversee litigation proceedings from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare strategies for trial
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile cases
• Provide legal guidance and support to clients throughout the litigation process
• Ensure all cases comply with local laws and regulations
• Work independently while maintaining effective communication with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in complex civil litigation
• Experience in healthcare litigation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and professionalism
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
• Active membership in the Utah State Bar or willingness to take the Utah Bar exam

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Utah State Bar (or eligibility to sit for the Bar exam in Utah)
