A law firm is currently seeking a Healthcare Attorney for their office in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the law firm's healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare law and compliance, with a focus on delivering high-quality legal services.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to healthcare matters.
  • Provide advice and guidance on compliance issues within the healthcare industry.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
  • Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law.
  • Prior experience in healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
  • Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is preferred.
  • Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Any relevant certifications in healthcare law or compliance would be a plus.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in legal software and tools.
