This role involves managing a caseload of immigration matters, preparing court filings, and working closely with clients to navigate complex legal processes. Duties:

• Assist in the preparation and review of immigration-related legal documents.
• Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates on case progress.
• Manage deadlines, ensuring timely submission of filings and documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of paralegals and support staff.
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including hearings and interviews.
• Maintain a high level of client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Immigration Law (preferred).
• A valid license to practice law from the State Bar Association or the ability to practice immigration law in Texas.
• No prior disciplinary action is on record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in negotiation, debate, and persuasion techniques.
• Court experience is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
