  • Review and analyze complex legal issues and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in government investigations, government enforcement, and complex civil fraud litigation.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Completed a clerkship, law review, or significant writing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters, including investigation strategy and document management.
  • Ability to handle complex factual analysis and legal issues.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong academic credentials.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts.
