Commercial Litigation/Insurance Coverage Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters related to insurance coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex insurance coverage issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Delaware (required) and additional admissions in PA, NY, NJ, MA, or DE (helpful).
• 2-5 years of specific experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Proven ability to handle a caseload independently and efficiently.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Confidence in appearing before state and federal courts.

Certifications:

• Certification in Insurance Coverage Law (desired).
