This position involves providing comprehensive legal representation to clients navigating family-related legal matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and domestic violence cases. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing sensitive legal issues with professionalism, demonstrating excellent negotiation abilities, and offering effective solutions in high-stress situations.

Duties:

• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, and orders
• Represent clients in court hearings, ensuring effective advocacy
• Collaborate with senior partners and legal teams to manage civil litigation processes
• Develop legal strategies and action plans tailored to clients’ needs
• Oversee the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings
• Provide counsel and support in complex family law matters such as child custody and domestic violence

Requirements:

• Proven ability to represent both plaintiff and defendant in family law matters
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, particularly in emotional and high-stress situations
• Experience in family law or related legal areas
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Undergraduate degree with a legal focus is required

Certifications:

• Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
