Senior Attorney for Nashville Office

Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a seasoned Senior Attorney to join its legal team in Nashville, TN. This role involves managing a high volume of cases related to creditors' rights, foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy matters, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial and real estate law.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage a significant caseload within the field of creditors' rights

• Represent clients in court hearings and legal proceedings

• Draft and review legal documents related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and compliance matters

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal counsel

• Ensure adherence to state and federal laws, including TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA

• Assist in the firm's expansion and development within the Tennessee legal market

• Travel as required for court appearances and client meetings

Requirements:

• Active member in good standing of the Tennessee State Bar

• Experience handling a high volume of cases within creditors' rights law

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor junior attorneys

• Appellate experience preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar
