Represent clients in court hearings and legal proceedings
Draft and review legal documents related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and compliance matters
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal counsel
Ensure adherence to state and federal laws, including TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA
Assist in the firm's expansion and development within the Tennessee legal market
Travel as required for court appearances and client meetings
Requirements:
