Duties:

• Conduct thorough analysis of case files to develop effective litigation strategies

• Prepare and draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and orders

• Identify and manage necessary discovery, including conducting depositions

• Draft and respond to written discovery requests

• Participate in pre-trial preparations, working closely with senior counsel

• Attend and represent clients in hearings related to both criminal defense and civil litigation

• Provide trial support as co-counsel for both jury and bench trials

• Review and provide feedback on documents prepared by legal support staff

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law issued by the Nevada State Bar

• Demonstrated experience or interest in both criminal defense and civil litigation

• Ability to independently manage caseloads with strong organizational and analytical skills

• Comfortable handling courtroom appearances and client interactions

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar (Required)
