• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle motions and represent clients in court appearances.
• Assist with arbitration, mediations, and trials.
• Perform legal research and write on various legal issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong work ethic and effective project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Motivated, collaborative, and committed to exceptional client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the relevant state(s).
