  • Attend court proceedings, hearings, and mediations

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on discovery and depositions
  • Experience in areas such as professional negligence, transportation, products liability, or real estate litigation preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of California

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
