Duties:

• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, providing legal services under the guidance of senior attorneys
• Prepare various legal documents including memoranda, legal briefs, opinion letters, and correspondence
• Keep up-to-date with legal developments and court procedures, ensuring compliance with both state and federal rules
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Travel as needed to attend hearings, depositions, or meetings on behalf of clients
• Handle legal matters with professionalism, including responding to urgent requests on short notice
• Foster positive relationships with clients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Admission to all relevant state and federal courts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive matters
• Assertive personality with a proactive, self-starter mentality
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
