Job Overview: A law firm seeks a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team in West Hollywood, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and restraining orders. Duties:

  • Draft detailed family law pleadings, initial filings, Requests for Orders, ex parte documents, discovery requests, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case law, and relevant legal materials to support case strategies.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to ensure case progress and client satisfaction.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, vigorously advocating for their rights and interests.
  • Efficiently manage multiple family law cases, ensuring all filings, documentation, and deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active California State Bar license.
  • Certified Family Law Specialist (preferred but not required).
  • Strong case management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases in a high-pressure environment.

Education:
