Duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of foreclosure cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Draft, review, and file legal pleadings and documents related to foreclosure actions.
  • Represent clients in court, attend hearings, and collaborate with opposing counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure laws, including bankruptcy and collections requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar membership in Tennessee.
  • Minimum of 6 years of legal practice with a focus on foreclosure and creditor’s rights.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Additional legal certifications or coursework in foreclosure or creditor's rights is a plus.
