Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new cases to develop action plans, establish budgets, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals as needed, ensuring efficient case management and timely completion.
• Draft and prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and discovery events, providing detailed reports and analysis.
• Negotiate settlements and manage trial preparations when applicable.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with prior insurance defense work.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Georgia.
