Duties

• Design and maintain a library of tailored contract templates and reference materials

• Enhance document workflows through drafting, annotation, and automation of agreements

• Track and synthesize legislative and regulatory updates in biotech, MedTech, health tech, and digital health spaces

• Produce internal training programs and legal education content in collaboration with education teams

• Support strategic resource initiatives, knowledge-sharing projects, and legal technology implementations

• Respond to attorney inquiries by providing relevant templates, insights, and curated resources

• Contribute to firm-facing and public-facing publications, conferences, and webinars

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across multiple legal departments to manage and evolve practice resources

Requirements

• Active license to practice law

• Minimum 3 years of experience in life sciences transactions, or 5+ years in life sciences corporate/in-house legal environments

• Deep familiarity with commercial deal-making in the life sciences industry

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a legal setting

• Comfort operating independently and proactively identifying improvement areas in legal operations

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
