Manchester office of our client seeks a family law/civil litigation associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will be supporting clients and each other. Maintaining and supervising a diversified caseload of the firm's clients, actively communicating with clients and all involved parties on cases, litigation, and legal research related to simple and complex issues. Must have admittance to practice law in the state of NH (multiple state admission preferred). Must have experience drafting legal documents.

The candidate must have the ability to conduct legal research. Must have the willingness to initiate cases. Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with firm employees of all levels. Must have a willingness to work with clients and other legal professionals to develop strategies for contentious litigation or settlement. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with clients about litigation status.
